FAQ CHICKIE WAH WAH
When are you open?
Currently we are open based on show bookings. Doors open an hour prior to performance start time. We stay open after the show based on how y’all are feeling. We hope to open for no cover bar service in the future.
How do I buy tickets to shows?
Our website (chickiewahwah.com) has our upcoming show schedule with ticket links to purchase in advance. We also offer no fee in person purchases every Friday at The Civic Theater from 12pm-5pm. Available tickets can also be purchased night of performance at the door.
I bought tickets but can’t find the email confirmation. We are sorry this happens sometimes. But don’t fret. We can easily locate your tickets verifying your ID at the door on the night of performance. You may also send an email to info@chickiewahwah.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you serve food?
Well Chickie did used to serve food but currently we do not. However, on many shows we will host some of the delicious food trucks and pop ups from the New Orleans food scene. Keep an eye on our food listings on our Instagram, FaceBook and website.
What’s the age limit at Chickie?
Many shows are 21+. But we also currently host some shows at 18+.
Is there parking at Chickie?
We have a parking lot that holds approximately 20 vehicles behind the venue that is available for use from 5pm-2am every day on a first to arrive basis. There is also ample street parking in and around the venue.
How do I book my band at Chickie?
You can always send us a press packet or booking inquiry to booking@chickiewahwah.com. We try and communicate with as many inquiries as possible. But don’t feel bad if you don’t hear from us. We are only one little club in the greatest music city in the world.
